Just discovered that I need to retake all my school vaccinations (which I thought I already had)... I'm doing it tomorrow and apparently it can be done with one swift shot these days so shouldn't be too annoying.
Only just under a month till we leave Norway.
Bought tickets for Oslo yesterday and we're going to have just about 5 hours in Oslo/Gardermoen till we head for London and then Singapore where we'll be exploring the city for a couple of days till the final push towards Sydney.
National Geographics say there is a drought and has been since 2002 in the farming areas round Sydney... I say bring it on... after the wettest summer since records began I can well enjoy some heat... knowing us people from Stavanger we'll only have to look at the dry plains for a split second and they will suddenly have a 90 day rain storm so I will enjoy it for as long as it lasts ;)
This was only a test to try out this blogging spot. I am going to do this in English out of courtesy to my non-Norwegian speaking English roomies... I hope this won't be a problem for the rest of the family (if u are younger than 50 I know u can handle it) I can only add 10 people to the email bulletin (means u get an email whenever I post a new blog on here)... I will probably post it on facebook as well and otherwise give this address to the rest so they can look for updates at their leisure... if anyone doesn't want an email bulletin please let me know... don't want to bug you ;)
